Fashion Designs

Fashion is the style and custom prevalent at a given time and every time, expecially for woman or girls. In its most common usage however, "fashion" describes the popular clothing style. Many fashions are popular in many cultures at any given time, for example in america, there are many people used trend clotes, shoes, or the other accecories. Important is the idea that the course of design and fashion will change more rapidly than the culture as a whole. Fashion designers aim to create wearable pieces of art.

The terms "fashionable" and "unfashionable" were employed to describe whether someone or something fits in with the current or even not so current, popular mode of expression. There exist a number of cities recognized as global fashion centers or fashion capitals. Fashion weeks are held in these cities where designers exhibit their new clothing collections to audiences. The cities London, Paris, Milan, New York and Tokyo are all headquarters to the greatest fashion companies and renowned for their major influence on global fashion.

Little Mix rock tartan frocks by Alexander McQueen in high fashion shoot

Little Mix have released their inner rock chick in a new photoshoot, which sees the girls strutting their stuff in Alexander McQueen.

The girls – Jesy Nelson, Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall –posed for this week’s Grazia in McQueen’s famous tartan dress, previously worn by Emma Watson and Rihanna.

With minimal make-up and swept back hair, it was the first high fashion shoot for Little Mix, although you wouldn’t be able to tell.

Surely this is a bit of a concern for Jade’s boyfriend? She explained: “I’ve got a boyfriend but he’s at home letting me get on with this. He knows how much I want it. He’s not threatened, but it’s going to be hard. We’ll see what happens.”

And it sounds like Little Mix have already branded themselves according to style. Perrie told the mag: “The thing that’s good is that we are all different, so every girl can relate to one or other of us."

More complicated were the versions spotted at Marni and Suno, where twisting, tucking and weaving hair resulted into slightly messy, yet super-feminine 'dos.

"A hybrid of Thirties, Forties and Fifties glamour with a feminine, easy, casual finish," said Jeanie Syfu about the pretty and gorgeously undone 'do seen at Tracy Reese. So youthful and breezy, this style can be achieved by simply rolling the hair up and around the face. You should follow the same steps in order to get the retro and sophisticated updo spotted at Preen, yet this time make sure your hair doesn't look messy.
A very sculptural approach on the spring 2012 updo trends was seen at Fendi and Jil Sander where hair was swept away from the face, teased and bouffant, with a '50s-'60s mid-century shape. To create this voluminous 'do you have to backcomb your hair, slick it down the sides and pin it under in a faux bob.

At the Christian Dior fashion show, updos looked simply elegant, perfectly reflecting the modern, fresh Dior woman. Start by making a side parting, then roll and pin hair into place, leaving the result rather unfinished. Rolls were also showcased at Jean Paul Gaultier, but this time they were oversized and vintage-inspired. The 1940's rolls were amazingly complemented by vampy red lips and a fine line of black on the lids.

The classic French twist represented a fruitful source of inspiration for spring 2012. Sicilian-inspired at Dolce & Gabbana, dramatic and glam at Badgley Mischka, slicked-back at Narciso Rodriguez, and almost perfect at Rochas, this updo gets new twists, looking bold and otherworldly. To create this refined 'do, twist hair centered vertically on the back of the head and keep tucking until obtaining a glam look.

"Never too glamorous, never too androgynous, with a hint of rock ’n’ roll, Armani walks that thin line between everything," said hairstylist Franco Gobbi speaking about those bewitching twists spotted at Giorgio Armani. To get this effortless style you just have to twist sections of hair into different directions. Another 'do with a rock vibe was the polished, glossy one at Gucci.

At the Thakoon show, all eyes were on those eye-catching hairstyles. The look was bold and vividly-colored with hair pulled back and tucked into a messy braided chignon. A more elegant, feminine version of the braided chignon was seen at Moschino with braided extensions wrapped over the head.

Scene Hairstyles for Girls

Scene Hairstyles for Girls

Scene Hairstyles for Girls
A scene mullet is one of the popularly worn scene hairstyles. It consists of the hair being cut short in front, and left long at the back of the neck. The hair is cut in a very jagged manner, with choppy layers on the crown, the back of the neck, and also the sides. You can spike the hair on the top a little, to create volume on the crown. This hairdo is considered simple from front but wild from the back.

Asymmetrical Scene Hairstyle
This hairstyle relates to the hair being cut short on one side, with keeping hair on the other side long. You can wear this hairdo on hair of any length. However, if you are thinking about scene hairstyles for girls with medium hair, this hairdo is most appropriate. In an asymmetrical scene hairstyle, the hair is styled in an uneven manner with sweeps. Choppy layers are also important parts of an asymmetrical scene hairstyle. You can even include long or short, and bright-colored fringes to get a more scene look.
