1. You must eat vegetables which contain large of amount of water and drink plenty of water, to avoid the risk of dehydration

7. You should have some ice for drink and wipe your face and neck with humid paper serviettes and save this paper at the fridge when this is not in used.
8. Keep shade for yourself and try to rest as much as possible in linen or silk sheets.
9. If you are going to out side then use sun umbrella but if you don’t want to take umbrella with you then try to use sunshade or hat during the hot weather.
