Foot Care: Without doubt, your feet are the most active part of your body, even more than your hands. In fact, most of the time they are definitely overworked. Especially in todays day and age, the big metros are so widespread that one has to cover long distances to get from one place to the next be it for job or other work. Therefore it is very much essential that one must take extra care of their feet in order to avoid having foot problems. Moreover you can try to make skin on the feet like babies have  soft and silk. 


make a rule before going to bed daily pamper your feet with a rich moisturizing cream, vaseline or any child cream and wear cotton socks.Use hot-cold water technique. Dip your feet in hot water and then after five minutes dip it in cold water. Do this for 20 minutes. This method improves the blood circulation.
Choose your shoes carefully and pick only the best quality.
Do not expose your feet to extreme climate i.e., extreme cold or extreme heat.
Use the special scrub for feet. To do it, mix sugar with olive oil.
If you suffer from excessive sweating of feet, make the fine remedy by yourself. Grind apricot kernels and mix them with water. Put the mixture on the feet for 15-20 minutes before sleep.

  • If you have diabetes, blood flow problems can lead to nerve damage or ulcers in the feet. Visit a podiatrist or chiropodist regularly so that any problems are found early.
  • After a long day on the go, your feet can feel tender and sore. Rejuvenate them with a hot foot soak, but remember not to plunge very cold feet into hot water, as this can cause chilblains.
