Tanning Regiment

On the first two days of exposure to the sun, apply a sun screen blocker with a SPF of 30 to 50, applied fifteen minutes before exposure to the sun.

The SPF of a sunscreen is a laboratory measure of the effectiveness of sunscreen; the higher the SPF, the more protection a sunscreen offers against UV-B - the ultraviolet radiation that causes sunburns.

On the next two days of exposure to the sun, apply a sun screen blocker with a SPF of 15, applied fifteen minutes before exposure to the sun.

On the following two days of exposure to the sun, apply a such screen blocker with a SPF of 8 or 6, applied fifteen minutes before exposure to the sun.

On the next day, reduce the sun screen blocker to a SPF of 4.

Be sure to keep yourself hydrated by drinking plenty of water and an eating plenty of fruits.
