Brooklyn based luxury headwear label Victor Osborne released their spring 09 collection made up of fedora's, trilbies, flatcaps and some military-esque hats. The entire line is designed by Victor Osbourne and Zachary Barnett who are 23 & 24 years old.
The line places emphasis on supporting local production as all their hats are produced in NYC.
