Melbourne based Men’s label called ‘In The Beginning’ recently released images of their a/w 2011 lookbook featuring interesting silhouettes and fabrication. The tonal range is impressive and in contemporary, I also like the execution.

Hackett by TAG Heuer Wrist Watches
Hackett London and TAG Heuer have collaborated to develop limited editions of two customized wrist watches under the Hackett name, manufactured and branded by TAG Heuer. The small collection includes the ‘Chronograph’ and the ‘Watch’ and both are set to launch in November 2010.
Hackett and TAG Heuer had long been admirers of each other’s brands and after a chance conversation the mutual fit of a collaboration was obvious. TAG Heuer’s prestige, renowned quality, design strength and strong links with sport, especially motor sport parallel Hackett’s own approach and associations. Additionally TAG Heuer is one of the most British amongst Swiss watch brands following a long time involvement in the UK market. Both brands have shared design aesthetic making the collaboration very easy.
The watch designs have been based on one of the most iconic, timeless and popular creations of TAG Heuer, the Carrera. The Hackett design input has included using a core Hackett colour, ‘cornflower blue’, as a highlight on both watch dials and the stitching on the watch straps.
This is a colour synonymous with Hackett and often features throughout the collection from cufflinks to shirting and most recently on one of our tweeds. Hackett simply believes them to be the perfect complement to its ‘Essential British Kit’. Limited to 100 of each piece, the wrist watches are individually numbered via engraving on the case back.
